The works consisted of the complete fit out to Grade A office space, inclusive of ground, first and common area facilities. Provision of open plan office accommodation to both ground and first floor. The project included a complete fit-out, electrical installation, security systems, fire alarms and emergency lighting. Key features included Busbar Trunking networks for socket outlets and intelligent lighting controls. The building was finished for immediate use by a commercial tenant, suitable for a ‘call-centre’ style use; and to a high standard of workmanship and finish.
